Ophtalvit-A Chelonia is a lavender and skylight balm intended for reptile skin and eye care. It uses the well-documented properties of two medicinal plants: meadowsweet and lavender. The inconspicuous skylight is a treasure trove of valuable, biologically active substances. Contains among others: phenolic acids, tannins and velvet. Its active substances have anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic properties and also seal the blood vessels, preventing retinal bleeding. Use the preparation to wash eyes irritated by sand and dust: thoroughly rinse the eyes and the skin around the eyes with the preparation. Repeat the process if necessary. If used continuously, do not use for more than 5 days.
Use of the formulation in the treatment of scrapes and cuts: sprinkle the polished or cut part generously with the formulation. Repeat the treatment 1-2 times a day. If used continuously, do not use for more than 3-5 days or until a rash (clot) forms.
If using on aquatic turtles, after application of the formulation, leave the animal outside the terrarium for 10-15 minutes or until the embalmed area is dry.
